We participate with Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Excellus BlueCross Blue Shield, Guardian, and Metlife.  We will submit all insurance claims for you even if we do not participate with your plan. Please make sure you bring all necessary insurance documentation to your child’s visit.

We accept assignment of benefits for all insurances. Your portion of the bill is expected at the time of service. If your insurance carrier sends the check to you, we expect payment in full at the time of service.

We accept all major credit cards (Discover, American Express ,Mastercard and Visa), Cash and Check.

We understand that sometimes it is not possible to keep your appointment. We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
